Priscila Ribeiro is a Brazilian documentary photographer and freelance photojournalist. Graduated in Business Administration, she found in photography a means of expression and research. She has worked in the field for eight years, focusing on social issues.
A member of Women Photograph and the Alfabetismo Visual collective, she works on long-term projects and contributes as a freelance photographer to media outlets such as The New York Times. Currently, she is independently developing a project that explores housing vulnerability in communities in Brazil.

Priscila is dedicated to investigating social issues that traverse bodies, territories, and histories, delving into themes such as inequality, human rights violations, gender-based violence, and our relationship with the environment. Her practice is built on attentive listening, sensitive engagement with the stories she documents, and the trust established with the people she portrays.
Her work reflects a deep commitment to empathy and social justice, contributing to the pursuit and connection of narratives that expose, embrace, and engage in dialogue both with the intimate and the collective.
